Ingredients
- 1 cup of buckwheat
- Black salt
- A tablespoon of honey
- Water and or 1/4 cup of soy milk
- Dried fruit to top
- Sliced seasonal fruit
Method
- Blend in the blender 1 cup of buckwheat groats until becomes a fine grain flour.
- Add a cup of water or soy milk, salt, honey, and blend again.
- Pour this mixture into a shallow dish - the size of a small plate and cook in the microwave for 6 minutes on high.
- Alternatively pan fry using a drop of sesame oil in pan for each pancake.

When cool, then top with dried fruit and/or chopped fresh fruit, with a drizzle of honey for the breakfast option.
