Ingredients
- 1 cup of roasted peanuts
- 2 large potatoes cut into small slices
- black salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder or crushed garlic
- water (enough to blend into a pancake consistency mix)
Method
- In the blender or food processor add all ingredients
- Blend until you have a pancake consistency batter
- In a non-stick (safe teflon pan) or use 1 tsp olive or sesame oil in a regular pan, heat the pan to a high heat
- Pour in the mixture to make a pikelet or fritter size. (Can usually get 4 onto a large pan at one time)
- When they are golden brown then flip them to cook on the other side
- Eat while hot!
