Peanut Balls - New recipe!
In addition to the standard date and peanut balls we have a couple of fast release sugar versions of the peanut ball. Much of the same recipe applies ...
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup of jaggery
- 2 teaspoons of samoan block cocoa
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Method:

Blend the peanuts in a blender or coffee grinder until the peanuts make a powder.

In a medium to large stone mortar and pestle add all the ingredients and pound and mix all ingredients together until you get a slightly dry peanut dough.

Roll into little balls and they are ready to eat!
Alternatively you can use palm or coconut sugar instead of jaggery. Suggest seek personal advice as to which sugar is best for you.
