Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 2⁄3 cup sugar (coconut sugar is best if possible)
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups buckwheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 (180 celsius) degrees. grease a 8x4" loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl.
- Add the sugar, vanilla, and water and mix well.
- In a medium bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt together.
- Pour the flour mixture into the bananas. mix well
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, cool completly before slicing.
